Former Manchester City striker, Mario Balotelli after months of clubless has finally joined the Serie B Side, Monza. The striker left his formal club, Bresica five months ago after his contract was terminated by the club.
His contract was terminated by Brescia back in July. Reports from local media claimed that Balotelli was sacked by his hometown club for failing to report to training when Italian soccer league resumed from a three-month break amid the coronavirus pandemic.
Speaking about his new move, Balotelli vowed to help to do everything in his powers to help Monza reach Serie A, He also thanked the president Berlusconi and Adriano Galliani for the opportunity given to him.
“I thank the president Berlusconi and Adriano Galliani for this opportunity, I will do everything to help Monza reach Serie A.,” he said.
